Join a professional team working as a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Officer that values reliability and is dedicated to continuous improvement in financial operations. Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting credit checks
• Issuing customer invoices
• Allocating debtor payments
• Reviewing debtors and conducting collection calls
• Reconcile bank accounts daily
• Assisting with month-end close
• Assisting the finance team with other ad hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, with skills including debt collection and opening new credit accounts
• Knowledge of end-to-end processing of receivables for multiple companies
• Ability to manage tasks from initiation to completion, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment
