Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, Infiltrator manufactures a variety of revolutionary products and innovative, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic wastewater system components. Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Performs confidential administrative duties for Human Resource and Management team, utilizing broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
  • Work with HR and CT Administrative team to coordinate company sponsored events.
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of HR or company executives.
  • Schedules and coordinates executive and senior management meetings including logistics, accommodations, and meals.
  • Must be able to prepare and distribute materials for meetings including consolidation of materials into single presentations when necessary.
  • Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements, prepares and submits expense reports for executive management team.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
  • Handle travel arrangements for candidates, and incoming visitors to our manufacturing campus.
  • Assist with other administrative and office facility functions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant position, providing business and administrative support.
  • Proficient with MS Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and confidentiality.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Associate degree preferred
