A leading International Financial Institution with strong coverage across Asia, the Americas and EMEA is flourishing and expanding its operations. With a distinguished reputation as a market leader, your new company is positioned as a top-tier industry player, renowned for its exceptional service, innovative solutions and robust business operations. As their business strengthens, they are hiring an Associate with exposure to finance operations, payments and treasury to join the team.

Your new role

• Process payments, invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle intercompany billing transactions, ensuring proper coding and reconciliation across entities
• Monitor accounts payable aging reports and follow up on outstanding items
• Handle intercompany billing transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency
• Get involved in ad-hoc and Finance related projects
• Work with a multinational team boasting a flexible and forward-thinking working style

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of finance operations experience
• CPA is a plus but not required
• Solid communication skills in English and Chinese
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail
