JENNMAR Services, is seeking a dynamic individual who enjoys working with people to fill our Human Resource Coordinator position for our Corporate Office in Canonsburg, PA. This is an entry level role that will focus on supporting the daily functions of Human Resources Department with a focus on onboarding. This role interfaces with the recruiting and payroll teams daily.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assists new employees with onboarding in ADP WFN
- Maintains an updates employee files
- Offers support to the recruiting team by posting requisitions, conducting phone screens and setting interviews
- Processes rate changes
- Enters direct deposits
- Processes garnishments
- Processes unemployment claims
- Processes verifications of employment
- Processes terminations and transfers 
- Assists with open enrollment and general benefit questions
- Performs general administrative functions
- Functions as the office receptionist
- Other special projects as assigned



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of  1-2 years experience.
Experience with spreadsheets and data entry
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent phone and communication skills
Highly organized
Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment and multi task
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude 
Pay high attention to detail 
Deal with highly confidential info. 
Associates degree preferred
Experience with ADP WFN preferred.
Previous office experience preferred.
