Description
- Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) is seeking applicants for an Office Manager in the Foundation office at the Walla Walla campus. This position manages the daily operation of the WWCC Foundation, attending to all office management, business, and operational needs of the office. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible experience in office management, administrative, bookkeeping, accounting or business operations support roles. Professional experience may substitute for education requirement at the discretion of the College. Salary Range: $4,425 - $5,813/monthly. This position will remain open until filled. Tasks include:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the database, including data input and output, technology management and end-user training and support.
- Perform daily gift processing and data entry for constituent, gift, and fund records so that the handling, tracking, reporting and acknowledgement of all gifts and engagement activities are performed in accurate and timely fashion.
- Maintain donor records with accurate names, addresses, other contact details including phone and email, giving histories, constituent classes (such as donor, prospect, etc.).
- Analyze data to segment major gift prospects, annual giving prospects, planned giving prospects, and others as assigned.
- Use the Mail module to generate segmented, complex donor solicitations and other communications.
- Produce complex reports, queries, exports, and imports to database, dashboard reports, fundraising reports and comparison reports.
- Undertake data research and clean up tasks as deemed necessary and assigned.
