Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire (100% onsite)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 depending on experience

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a talented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team onsite in Nashua, NH. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our company's financial stability by managing and recovering outstanding customer debts. Responsibilities:

• Contact customers and clients to collect outstanding debts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection's activities, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Analyze customers' financial situations and propose appropriate solutions for debt repayment
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns from customers
• Meet monthly collection targets and report on progress to the management team
• Print monthly aging reports and post results

Qualifications:

• Perform data-entry with strong accuracy and speed
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Exceptional research, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
