Permanent Accounts Officer, Global Retail SME, Up to 85K, Sydney Your new company
A growing retail SME with a global presence, specialising in the sports sector are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate Accounts Officer to join the dynamic team.
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately process and reconcile all incoming funds from multiple bank accounts and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage B2C and B2B transactions, including customer setup, raising sales orders, invoicing, and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure correct stock movements for returns and exchanges, and verify shipments across multiple global warehouses.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency through ERP (SAP B1) and e-commerce platform integrations.
• Maintain accurate debtor ledgers and perform monthly reconciliations with the general ledger.

What you'll need to succeed

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related Finance field.
• Experience in accounts receivable or transaction processing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage high transaction volumes.
