QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Work Experience:

•5 or more years of Accounts Payable experience

•Associates or BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field - desired, but not required

Other Requirements:•Strong problem solving and analytical skills

•Solid written and oral communication skills

•Enthusiastic team player

•Attentive to detail, proactive, and organized

•Ability to meet deadlines

•Computer knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, ERP systems

Travel/Physical Requirements:•Remote with an occasional day in the office for meetings as needed

Area of Responsibility% of Time

Area of Responsibility 1: Process Vendor Invoices through AP queue or review of Direct PO and Contested Hold Reports for assigned vendors

•Research discrepancies on PO related invoices to determine root cause pricing, quantity, etc.

•Ensure non-PO related invoices are approved and paid timely

•Manually bill sales orders that do not auto bill during the import or posting process

Area of Responsibility 2: Review account statements with past due invoices and research unreconciled purchase orders where product has been received by the warehouse.

•Work with individuals both internally and externally to resolve issues 10%

Area of Responsibility 3: Respond to vendor inquiries

•Communicate with vendors via email or phone10%

Area of Responsibility 4: New Vendor Setup and Maintenance including ACH confirmation

•Obtain required information to set up a vendor account while following TAKKT guidelines for ACH confirmations

•Projects as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager5%
