Description
SummaryThe Assistant Front Office Manager at the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is responsible for assisting with the oversight of the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing and guest service. Duties may also include training, staff development, reporting, scheduling and resolving guest issues.
Previous hotel supervisory or management experience required; previous front office experience preferred. Computer proficiency is required, as well as superb communication skills.
This position requires open schedule availability, mornings, afternoons, evenings, including weekends and holidays. This position may involve standing for long periods of time.

Qualifications
Qualifications required for this position:
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of one-year previous front office supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Salary is $56,300 - $67,400 commensurate with experience.
