Your new role
Your new role as an Administration Assistant youwill join a fantastic team located in the Adelaide CBD. You will be an integralpart of a busy team responsible for duties not limited to:

Monitor and respond to emails in the administration account.

Record and process incoming and outgoing mail.

Answer and screen telephone calls.

Schedule appointments for accounting staff.

Handle client correspondence and serve as the initial point of contact.

Manage and update client files and database information.

Assist with meeting and greeting clients.

File documents, order stationery, and maintain kitchen tidiness.

Liaise with clients to ensure ATO deadlines are met.

Communicate with the ATO as needed.

Utilise XPM and Xero software.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

Preferred but not essential: experience as a Receptionist/Administration Assistant.

High proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanour.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Neat and professional appearance.

Enjoy working both within a team and independently.
