Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Scholarship Administration:
- Manage and monitor scholarship application portals and communications.
- Maintain accurate applicant and Scholar profiles in RENXT and Submittable.
- Collaborate on promotional strategies and stakeholder communications.
- Support onboarding and agreement processes for newly selected Scholars.
Enrichment Program Support:
- Assist in planning and executing enrichment initiatives like Coke Scholar Pro events, Coaching Programs, and Leadership Development Institute (LDI).
Engagement Program Support:
- Support alumni engagement programs including SWALS, Slices for Scholars, Grad Cords, and Educator of Distinction.
- Serve as Secretary of the Alumni Board-managing meeting logistics, documentation, and governance materials.

In your capacity as a full-time exempt employee, on the first day of the month following the date of your employment with CCSF, you will be eligible to participate in a comprehensive range of company-sponsored benefits which include:

You’re passionate about supporting young leaders and have an aptitude for managing data, coordinating logistics, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. You are tech-savvy, resourceful, and proactive about looking for ways to improve processes and deliver exceptional experiences. You value teamwork but are also confident working independently. You bring a deep appreciation for the Foundation’s mission and a commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Coordinator of Scholar Selection & Experience, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of Coca-Cola Scholars—from application to alumni engagement. You’ll manage scholarship portals, coordinate communications, and ensure data integrity across platforms. You’ll also support enrichment and engagement programs, helping deliver meaningful experiences to Scholars and alumni.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience managing databases with a focus on accuracy and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
What sets you apart:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in scholarship administration, recruitment, education, or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Blackbaud, Submittable/WizeHive, or similar software).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and reconcile data.
- Direct responsibility for managing data and applications in online systems.
- Responsibility building and updating a user experience workflow, including process improvements for cyclical operations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in a nonprofit, foundation, or education environment preferred.
