POSITION SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for processing new customer credit applications and making changes to existing customer files as requisitions along with other duties listed below. This position will also provide support to business units and various departments across the organization.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Process, validate and review customer credit applications
- Verify and validate application information
- Pull and analyze Dun and Bradstreet reports
- Verify Trade References
- Analyze personal guarantee information
- Fraud verification review
- Analyze and assign credit limits
- Sets up COD accounts as requested
- Report monthly customer payment files to Dun & Bradstreet
- Research and resolve customer inquiries/disputes through Dun & Bradstreet
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable team and branches to maintain and update customer accounts
- Respond to customer credit reference requests
- Generate and provide monthly statements to customers
- Update and maintain customer Certificate of Insurance verification
- Reconcile 3rd party collection billings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Experience: 2+ years of credit/customer service
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills in the operation of all programs used by the organization including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Applications
