Your new role

• Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Coordinate communication between partners and international teams
• Prepare documents and assist with administrative tasks
• Support internal projects and maintain confidentiality

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Professional services industry experience preferred
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Calm, professional demeanour with strong organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
