Finance Rebate Analyst
Location: Dublin
Role Type: Permanent
Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in office (Tuesday to Thursday)

What you'll do:

• Manage Vanguard's international rebate processes, including contract and agreement updates, calculations, and payments to investors
• Liaise with client service teams and act as the main contact for European transfer agents and deliver payment instructions.
• Support accounting duties, including month-end tasks and assisting with investigations.
• Assist with Accounts Payable processes and support financial data gathering and analysis with other teams.
• Maintain policies and procedures and contribute to special projects and ad-hoc duties.
• Support daily activities of the financial control team.

What you bring:

• Undergraduate degree in a finance related subject or equivalent combination of training and experience
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial concepts beneficial
• Strong Microsoft Excel and technical skills, with eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to apply technical and process knowledge to develop and implement operational improvements.
• Ability to meet strict monthly deadlines and quickly respond to inquiries
