Join our Food & Beverage team as the Food & Beverage Supervisor in our outlets. The Hyatt Regency DFW is conveniently located at Terminal C at the DFW Airport with 812 guestrooms and 85,000 square feet of event space and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.

What are you responsible for?

A Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food & Beverage outlets to deliver excellent guest experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met. Some tasks you will be expected to perform are (but not limited to):

• Supervise Food & Beverage Outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Assist F&B management with training and development of team members
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Lead the team during the shifts to ensure excellent guest service
• Assist with payroll and scheduling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

How do you know if this job is for you?

You have

• A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for food and customer service
• Refined verbal communication skills
• F&B Lead or Supervisor experience 1 years preferred
• People leadership experience 1+ years required
• The ability to multi-task
• Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 25 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently, squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.
