Location: Home Instead – Akron & Medina, OH
Pay: $45,000-$55,000 (Full-Time + Benefits)

At Home Instead, we help seniors live safely and independently in their homes—and we couldn’t do it without an amazing team behind the scenes. We're looking for an HR Coordinator who’s passionate about people, thrives on making things happen, and wants to grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruit, screen, hire, and onboard our incredible Care Pros
- Manage the applicant pipeline and keep things moving
- Run training sessions (new hire, ongoing, annual—you name it)
- Keep training materials fresh and effective
- Conduct performance check-ins and coaching conversations
- Collaborate with the scheduling team to match clients and Care Pros
- Jump into the on-call rotation (yep, extra pay for that!)

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of HR and recruiting experience, required
- A true passion for people and helping others grow
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Able to juggle tasks, solve problems, and keep cool under pressure
- You’re self-motivated, driven, and just plain awesome
- Ability to successfully perform pre-employment and background and drug screen
- STNA or healthcare experience is a bonus!
