Your new role
You'll provide administrative and secretarial support to three senior leaders and their teams. Tasks include:

• Managing billing, expenses, and financial reporting
• Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Handling diary management, travel bookings, and filing
• Supporting client matter intake and conflict checks
• Answering calls and managing communications
• Coordinating time entry and glossary creation

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a legal or professional services environment
• Strong billing and financial reporting skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong client service and communication skills
