The Practice Administrator is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and administrative aspects of our multi-location practice. This individual will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage staff and budgets, maintain compliance, and drive efficiency and growth across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong healthcare management experience and a passion for operational excellence.
Oversee the daily operations of all practice locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional patient care.
Manage and develop administrative, clinical, and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Collaborate with physicians and department leads to align operational goals with clinical priorities.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
Lead initiatives in technology, process improvement, and patient experience enhancement.
Manage vendor relationships, facility operations, and purchasing.
Develop and implement strategic plans to support practice growth and sustainability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in medical practice management, preferably in ophthalmology or a multi-location setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, personnel, and operations across multiple sites.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance, billing, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
