Summary function: Master set up of Professional Development Department events and items into Salesforce and provide reports from Salesforce. Oversee Salesforce integration with Informz for Sections and Divisions.
Requirements
Required minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (proof of degree required at interview).
Required minimum professional work experience: Three (3) years of professional office administrative experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for accurate set-up of events and items in Salesforce for Sections, Divisions, and Committees within the Professional Development Department. Monitor TFB Member Portal, mobile devices, and tablet registration to ensure excellent member experience when shopping for Section and Division courses, retreats, events, CDs, DVDs, books, online, and downloadable aftermarket products. Maintain the necessary skills and knowledge base in Salesforce integration with Informz for marketing campaigns and automatic delivery of course books and surveys. Generate and provide Salesforce reports, as needed.
