Non-exempt Hourly Rate: $23.28

Core Responsibilities:

The Vermont Application Document Processing Center is looking for an organized, conscientious, and detail-oriented team player to join the office. This role involves administrative and technical work. The ideal applicant has excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and is committed to maintaining accurate and complete records

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and open the mail.
• Create batches and scan documents into OnBase.
• Electronically indexing the documents to the appropriate case file.
• taking inventory, ordering supplies, and postage funds
• Any other required tasks.
• Processing documents within the two-day window.
• Accurate Routing of the documents.
