Our client is a growing, multi-location manufacturing company currently 75% through their Epicor Kinetic implementation. They are seeking a hands-on, proactive Senior Epicor System Administrator to become the go-to technical and functional expert for their ERP environment. Position Overview
The Senior Epicor System Administrator will play a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing the company's Epicor Kinetic environment. This individual will be responsible for system administration, user support and training, data management, and functional process improvements across Quote-to-Cash, CRM, WMS, and QuickShip modules.

This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in helping users leverage technology to improve day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Epicor Kinetic system administrator for 60+ users across multiple sites.
• Provide daily user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for both functional and technical ERP challenges.
• Lead and conduct user training sessions to improve system adoption and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize workflows across key modules including Quote-to-Cash, CRM, WMS, MRP and QuickShip.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and reports to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with department leaders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Partner with implementation consultants to complete the remaining Epicor Kinetic go-live milestones.
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Provide security administration, including user role management and access control.
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability of the ERP system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) in an administrative or power-user role.
• Strong knowledge of Epicor functional areas -particularly Quote-to-Cash, CRM, WMS, and QuickShip.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, BAQs, BPMs, and SSRS reporting.
• Proven experience supporting multi-location manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Epicor Cloud (Kinetic SaaS) environments.
• Exposure to integration tools (Service Connect, REST API, etc.).
• Familiarity with QuickShip setup and configuration.
• Prior involvement in Epicor implementation or upgrade projects.
