The Test Vehicle Coordinator I will manage a specialized vehicle testing program for the customer. The
Test Vehicle Coordinator I will focus on new vehicle quality, following the established testing process for
a select number of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee vehicle testing for a customer for a specific fleet of vehicles
- Manage a variety of testing programs, special assignments and off-site testing requests
- Document, validate and track test issues for the test fleet
- Interact with the customer and drivers on issue resolution, documentation and final validation
- Work closely with other coordinators, mechanics and test drivers to execute the test plan
- Organize and deploy the correct software packages, either through direct vehicle connection or remote software updates
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of relavent automotive experience
- Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have valid driver license and meet motor vehicle record (MVR) requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Must be customer and quality focused with excellent customer interface skills
- Must possess the ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
Preferred Skills:
- Fleet management experience
- Experience with vehicle CAN (Controller Area Network) systems and communications
- Experience working on vehicles
