Your New Role
Working closely with the wider team, your responsibilities will include:

End-to-end Accounts Payable processing

Bank reconciliations using Xero

BAS preparation and reporting

Payroll processing

Preparation of management reports

Trust account receipting and compliance with QLS requirements

General bookkeeping and finance administration

Supporting internal compliance and financial processes

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous bookkeeping experience of at least 3 years

Strong working knowledge of Xero

Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

A proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Previous legal industry or trust accounting experience will be highly regarded
