A respected and well-established legal practice is seeking an experienced and organised Part-Time Accounts Manager with strong accounts and bookkeeping skills. This is a pivotal position within a close-knit team, offering stability and variety in a professional environment.
Your New Role
As the Accounts Manager, you will oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payables, Reconciliations, and Payroll.
A key focus of the role includes leading the implementation of new/CTF requirements, supporting compliance processes, and driving continuous improvement in systems and workflows. You will also play a crucial part in the firm's financial administration, including trust accounting tasks, Xero data entry, BAS support, PEXA finalisation and liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies.
What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience in legal administration or accounts

Understanding of trust accounting or legal compliance (advantageous)

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder skills

Strong organisational ability with a proactive, professional approach

Confidence working across MS Office and practice management systems (LEAP desirable)

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
