Stewart Health Center at Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community
Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience
Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community is seeking an experienced, motivated, and visionary Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the Stewart Health Center, our 191-bed skilled nursing and healthcare campus. Established in 1984, Springmoor is a privately owned, nonprofit Life Plan Community located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Stewart Health Center is a private-pay healthcare facility that is state-licensed and not CMS-certified, providing a unique opportunity to focus on exceptional resident-centered outcomes and quality of life.

Position Summary
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operations of the Stewart Health Center, including Skilled Nursing, Short-Term Rehabilitation, Outpatient Services, Clinic Operations, Pharmacy and Rehabilitation Services.
This exempt leadership position typically works Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as necessary to support the needs of the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a 191-bed healthcare campus.
Lead ongoing implementation and optimization of the Household Model of care.
Direct and oversee nursing operations, social services, life enrichment, quality assurance, staff development, and healthcare administration.
Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, employees, and community stakeholders.
Lead employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
Manage departmental budgets and financial performance in accordance with organizational goals.
Monitor and evaluate quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and person-centered care.

Requirements
Qualificatons
Current North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare operations.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality assurance programs, budgeting, and personnel management.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to serving older adults and enhancing quality of life.
Proven ability to lead teams through change, growth, and innovation.
Must meet all state and local requirements governing nursing home administration.
